Rosettes
A rosette (sometimes referred to as a corner block) is used in place of mitered corner around doors and windows. They are easy to install and create a strong classic detail. Rosettes are generally used in conjunction with plinth blocks. (plinth blocks - see Floor to Wall detailing)

Mouldings are generally stocked in one or more of the following species: Red Oak, Poplar, Hemlock, Finger-Joint Pine, or Maple.
